How Ukrainians voted for their independence

On the December 1, 1991, All-Ukrainian referendum, 90.32% of Ukrainians confirmed the Act of Independence of Ukraine. But Ukrainian people are still forced to defend their independence against the Kremlin, which seeks to restore its former empire.
